Elbit Systems' demonstrator for helicopters and transport aircraft, (ATID) is on display at the Paris Air Show.ATID's unique, intuitive configuration is the answer to next-decade operational requirements.

ATID offers users an inside view of advanced cockpits that's as close to reality as can be. Its advanced Human-Machine Mission Interface is used for controlling and managing advanced avionics and weapon systems for day and night missions. An array of critical data is easily accessible, includingFLIR and Radar information, tactical updates including Command and Control, Situation Awareness including Digital Maps, Engine Performance, IFR, targeting and armament information.
ATID is the venue for introducing Elbit Systems'latest cockpit avionics, including;
- Four 18" touch-screen LCD Displays
- Advanced 3-D digital map system
- Voice Recognition and commands
- "3-D Audio" integrated capability
- Enhanced Command and Control functions
The system has a new Wide FOV raster 'MiDASH', the latest generationof Display and Sight helmet solutions for Helicopters, and one of the most advanced in the world. MiDASH can present diverse video inputs such as map images, 3D surface illustration images, Electro-optical Pod Imagery as well as other internal and external videos and symbols. Additionally, it features advanced Magnetic LOS capability for slaving Electro-optics payloads and weapon systems.
